The Seminar on Academic Freedom and Higher Education Policy organized by the National Education Commission (NEC) in collaboration with the Social Scients’ Association (SSA) and the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS) was held on Thursday, 11 June 2026 at the BCIS Auditorium (The Olympus).
