To commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of Fidel Castro, the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS) hosted a special screening of Fidel: The Untold Story by Estela Bravo on April 30 at Classroom 101.
The event featured an engaging post-screening discussion facilitated by H.E. Patricia Lázara Pego Guerra, Ambassador of Cuba to Sri Lanka. Participants had the opportunity to reflect on Castro’s political legacy and its global impact, making the session both insightful and thought-provoking.
