The Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS) and the Alliance Française de Colombo have renewed their partnership with the signing of a Protocol of Understanding (POU).
The agreement was signed by Ms. Priyanthi Fernando, Executive Director of BCIS, and Ms. Cécile Hoorelbeke, Director of Alliance Française de Colombo (Guarantee) Limited, reaffirming the commitment to strengthen educational and cultural collaboration
