The Virtual Inauguration Ceremony of the Language Programmes of the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS), for the Academic Year: 2021 (B) was successfully held on Saturday, August 21, 2021.
Professor Harshana Rambukwella, Director, Postgraduate Institute of English, Open University of Sri Lanka graced the Inauguration Ceremony as the Chief Guest and addressed the participants.
Dr Minna Thaheer, Director/BCIS, Mr. Wasantha Manthripala, Registrar/ Chief Administrative Officer, BCIS, Ms. Nimesha Dayarathne, Japanese Language Lecturer at the BCIS and Ms. Tharanga Jayaweera, Programme Executive, Language and Cultural Studies Division also spoke at the event. Approximately 170 students participated at this event.
