Dr Medha Bisht, Associate Professor at the South Asian University (SAU), New Delhi, spoke on “Reading Diplomacy Through Water: Insights from South Asia” at BCIS on January 14. She argued that successful transboundary water governance depends on integrating climate change considerations directly and on empowering grassroots communities and civil society to actively participate in diplomacy.
