The Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS) and Rossotrudnichestvo, represented by the Russian House in Colombo, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster deeper academic, cultural, and educational cooperation between Sri Lanka and the Russian Federation.
The MoU was formally signed by Ms. Priyanthi Fernando, Executive Director, BCIS and Ms. Maria Popova, Director, Russian House in Colombo , Rossotrudnichestvo Representative in Sri Lanka.
This partnership marks a new chapter of friendship and collaboration, enhancing mutual understanding and building bridges between our two nations.
