A delegation from Randolph College, Virginia, USA headed by President Sue Ott Rowlands visited the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies in May 2025. The two sides discussed possible avenues for teaching and research collaboration. The Randolph College delegation included both academic staff and undergraduates, while the BCIS delegation consisted of Mr Lalith Weeraddana – CAO/Registrar, Dr Nishara Mendia – Director of Research, Dr Bhagya Senaratne – Director of Education, Ms. Mahesha Pathirana – Senior Education Learning Officer (International Relations Teaching Division), and Ms. Tharanga Jayaweera – Senior Education Learning Officer (Language and Cultural Studies Division).
