“Anatomy of a Protest”, the documentary screening followed by a panel discussion organized by the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS), in collaboration with the International Centre for Ethnic Studies (ICES) took place on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the BCIS Auditorium.
Prof. Saumya Liyanage – Senior Lecturer, Department of Drama Oriental Ballet and Contemporary Dance, University of the Visual and Performing Arts, Prof. Prabha Manuratne – Senior Lecturer, Department of English, University of Kelaniya and Mr. Sakuna Gamage – Researcher and Program Coordinator, Law & Society Trust served as the Panelists of the Discussion.
Ms. Melani Gunathilake,Co-founder at Climate Action and Now Sri Lanka moderated the panel Discussion.
The panel discussion was followed by an interactive session where the audience was allowed to ask questions from the respective panelists and share their opinions.
