BCIS Emerging Scholars’ Symposium -2023 was held at the BCIS on November 24, 2023, with the participation of a large gathering of students, academics, and professionals. The keynote speech was delivered by Dr. Natasha Palansuriya, Independent Researcher and Faculty member of the BCIS.
At the symposium, 15 authors presented their research findings and Ms. Nawoda Lakmini Bandara who presented her research findings on “Cyberwarfare and State Actors in the Contemporary World’’ was awarded the gold medal for the best paper.
The BCIS Emerging Scholars’ Symposium -2023 serves as a platform for young scholars to present their research findings and contribute new knowledge to International Relations and its sub disciplines.
