The inaugural session of the BCIS In-house discussion series, under the theme “India’s Internal Developments: Their Impacts on South Asia” was held at the BCIS Auditorium on May 29, 2023.
Prof. Jayadeva Uyangoda, member of the BCIS Academic Board discussed India’s recent political and economic developments, their impact on India’s domestic politics and South Asia.
Prof. Gamini Keerawella, Executive Director of the BCIS and Prof. Amal Jayawardena, member of the BCIS Academic Board, shared their comments and views. Dr. Minna Thaheer, Director of the BCIS, Mr. Wasantha Manthripala, Chief Administrative Officer / Registrar, members of the BCIS International Relations teaching faculty and BCIS staff members engaged in a fruitful discussion.
