The Resource Person was Professor Shihan De Silva Jayasuriya, Senior Research Fellow, Institute of Commonwealth Studies, Senior Associate, Lucy Cavendish College, University of Cambridge and Chair, National Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage ICOMOS Sri Lanka.
