The unveiling of the ‘President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga Collection’ at the BCIS library was held on July 31st 2024. The Collection contains books on International Relations, Diplomacy and related other subjects donated by H.E. Madam Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, Chairperson of the BCIS.
The Members of the BCIS Council of Management, BCIS Academic Affairs Board, Prof. Gamini Keerawella, Executive Director/BCIS, Ms. Priyanthi Fernando, Mr. Manuja Kariyapperuma, Director General of the BNMF and the BCIS staff attended this event.
Other collections in the Library include: the Jayantha Dhanapala Collection, the Lalith Athulathmudali, the Vernon Mendis Collection and others.
