Public lecture was delivered by Mr. Nihal Seneviratne, Former Secretary General of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, titled ‘Constitutional Developments of Ceylon Since the British Times’ on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Olympus Auditorium of the BCIS.
