That consensus is cracking.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Vijay Prashad, Executive Director of Tricontinental: Institute for Social Research, explores the shifting political and economic temperament taking shape across Asia, Africa, and Latin America \u2013 a renewed insistence on sovereignty over resources, a search for South-South cooperation and mounting frustration with an unsustainable architecture of debt. Reading today&#8217;s unrest not as scattered crises but as signs of a deeper realignment, he situates this new mood within the longer arc of the Bandung Spirit and the Non-Aligned Movement \u2013 a
