The virtual Symposium was held on Thursday, December 02, 2021 proving a platform for thirty three emerging local and international scholars to present 28 papers and make a contribution to the field of International Relations. Legal and Human Rights Expert, Dr. Gehan Gunatileke delivered the key note speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Senior Director\/BCIS Ambassador Sumith Nakandala and Director\/ BCIS Dr. Minna Thaheer delivered speeches at the event. The BCIS research team organized the symposium. The organizers of the event were Ms. Isuri Wickramarathna Siriwardhana, Ms. Shayani Jayasinghe, Ms. Thilini Goonasekara and Ms. Shalika Dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
