Mr. Hideaki Mizukoshi, Ambassador of Japan to Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion moderated by Dr. Radhika Coomaraswamy, a member of the BCIS Council of Management, former UN Under Secretary General and Special Representative of the Secretary General on Children and Armed Conflict from 2006-2012.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion brought together esteemed diplomats, scholars, and practitioners in the field to explore the significance of, and current challenges to, multilateral frameworks and diplomatic efforts in fostering global peace and stability.<\/p>\n<p>The Panel Discussion was followed by an
